    Thanks, that was a great easy lesson. I’m curious, what type of and mm guitar pick do you use?  Your acoustic sounds awesome.

      So glad you like the guitar tone! I was probably using a Dunlop Ultex .73 pick. They’re my favorite for acoustic strumming–they have just a little bite to them–a little roughness–that brings out a chime in the strings that I like.

      I also had new strings on the guitar, it’s a decent Martin, and I miked it with a nice condenser mic. Those factors probably have more to do with the tone than my pick (though if you use super light picks, you definitely won’t get very good tone).
